All orders will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. If shipping is going to take more than a week, you will be contacted via the contact details given during checkout.
How we pack your order
All packaging materials are 100% biodegradable and home compostable including tape.
We use hydrated coco chip as a void fill material to protect plants from knocks and bumps during shipping. This can be used as a mulch when planting or mixed into sandy soils to improve water retention.
It is normal for edges of the soil block to rub / break off during shipping. This should not cause significant damage to the plants.
